When a team member asks a question, it answers using your knowledge base. It also ingests forwarded emails and automatically updates the relevant KPIs and tasks. You configure the tone and behavior once — the agent handles the rest.
Each entity gets a unique KensydAI email address. Forward any report, sales summary, or operational update to that address and the AI agent reads it, extracts the relevant data points, and maps them to your existing KPIs and tasks. The full email and all actions taken are logged in the audit trail. No API keys, no integrations, no developer required.
You can upload PDFs, Word documents, text files, and links to external resources (Notion pages, Google Docs, websites). You can also add video links and the agent will reference the transcript. The knowledge base is per-entity, so each location can have its own set of SOPs, training materials, and brand guidelines.
Access is role-based. Employees only see their own tasks and their entity's KPIs. Managers see all tasks and KPIs for their entity. Owners see everything across all their entities. Global Admins have full visibility and control across the entire system.

The setup wizard walks you through creating your first entity, inviting your team, and configuring your KPIs in under 10 minutes. After 7 days, you choose a paid plan or your account pauses. Your data is never deleted — if you come back within 30 days, everything is exactly as you left it. We'll send you a reminder before the trial ends so you're never caught off guard.
